Step One:
Please understand that walk-in patrons take precedence over those who call. It may be necessary to put you on hold or ask you to call back later.
Renew Your Items Here
You may either click the "Renew Your Items Here" link above or connect to WYLDCat, the online catalog. When you get into WYLDCat, you may need to click your location (such as "Cheyenne"). From the darker blue menu bar, click My Account (second link from the left), then Renew My Materials.
Step Two:
Enter your library card number (omit spaces, the "a" and "b") and your four-digit PIN. If you don't know your PIN, enter WYLD. (Ignore the Alternate ID box.) The next screen displays items that are currently checked out on your card.
Step Three:
To renew selected items: Click the box next to each item you want to renew, then click Renew Selected Items.
To renew all eligible items: Click the button next to Renew all, then Renew Selected Items.
Items may not be renewed if you have reached the fine limit of $20 or if the item you would like to renew is an interlibrary loan, is on hold for another patron, has been renewed twice, or is a movie, video game or CD-ROM. The next screen will list all the items that were renewed (note the new due dates) and any items that were not renewed. Click OK at the bottom of the screen.
If you need assistance, call the library at 307.634.3561.
