Planned Giving
Planned giving includes gifts to the Laramie County Library Foundation through your will or living trust, your pension or IRA, a life insurance policy, gifts of real estate or other appreciated assets, an endowment or charitable trust. By using a planned giving vehicle, you can combine your estate planning and your financial and philanthropic objectives. Of course, advice from legal and tax counsel should be sought when considering a charitable gift of any type.
We are always available to assist donors in integrating charitable gifts into their financial, tax and estate-planning objectives, maximizing benefits to both donors and the Laramie County Library Foundation. Planned gifts may provide donors with an immediate tax deduction and other benefits such as life income, continued use of gift property or elimination of capital gains tax. If you are considering the Laramie County Library Foundation in your estate plans, please contact our Foundation office at foundation@lclsonline.org or Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council at sewepc.org.
