The Laramie County Library Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, which administers endowments and gifts, providing funds to help cover the rising costs of both library materials and the increasing demand for services, programs and technology.

We ask first that you see to the needs of your family, then we willingly accept your generous, well-considered estate gifts. You may support the Laramie County Library Foundation with any of the following:

  • Estate Gifts
  • Planned Giving
  • Gifts of Money
  • Securities
  • Property and Real Estate
  • Charitable Trusts
  • Bequests
  • Insurance Policies

The Foundation raises funds to supplement, not supplant, the Library's tax-based support. In creating an endowment, the Foundation builds a long-term, stable funding opportunity.

This allows the Laramie County Library System to move from an excellent facility offering quality customer service to an exceptional establishment offering much more to our county by enriching our quality of life.
