We’re making plans for this year’s annual fundraiser for the Laramie County Library Foundation Booklovers’ Bash. Save the date: Friday, October 25. You won’t want to miss this! Our theme is “Mysteries, Thrillers & Crimes” and will feature acclaimed local author C.J. Box as our keynote author. The event will focus around his newest stand-alone novel, The Highway, to be released in July 2013.

We’ll have more details in this space very soon, including a link to purchase tickets.

More than 70 folks attended and had a great time painting glasses and sipping! We are pleased that so many people are interested in helping us raise money for the Library Foundation as well as having a great time! Some of our board members even brought their daughters who volunteered and made this event the best yet.

A special thanks to Jonah Bank and Qdoba Mexican Grill who co-sponsored the event.
