Laramie County residents are eligible for a Laramie
County Library System card. This card is honored at any LCLS facility
and most libraries throughout Wyoming.
To get a library card, you need a photo I.D. and proof of address. If
your driver's license does not show your current address, use one of the
following items as your proof of address:
- printed check
- current bank book/statement
- current utility bill
- current telephone bill
- current cable bill
- current car registration
- mortgage payment coupon/agreement
- lease agreement (six month minimum)
- payroll check (with printed address)
- Military I.D.

If your library card has been lost or stolen, there is a $3 replacement
fee. It is very important that you notify the Cards and Accounts Desk
when your library card has been lost or stolen.
