Library's Architectual Team will Hold Second Public Workshop
CHEYENNE - Anderson Mason Dale Architects/Tobin and Associates (AMD/Tobin), the architectural team selected to design the new or improved Laramie County Library building, will hold its second public workshop this month.
The workshop takes place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 22, in Storey Gymnasium's board room, found in the northwest corner of that building. Storey Gym is located on the corner of Pershing and Evans. The meeting will focus on an evaluation of the three potential sites for the library.
The public is encouraged to attend this meeting, and participants are strongly encouraged to contribute to a community collage, by bringing such items as photographs, quotes, and other materials that individuals feel are pertinent to them in relation to the library and Laramie County.
The architectural team will create a collage that displays these various aspects of the community. Items used in the collage cannot be returned. Items can be e-mailed to chairman@larm.lib.wy.us.
Three sites remain under consideration for a new or improved Laramie County Library facility:
